Hope Surplus is a nonprofit organization dedicated to charitable and scientific purposes. We provide essential goods to families, rebuild donated items for community use, and conduct engineering research that improves access to everyday resources.

To build a sustainable, hopeful future by providing essential goods, restoring donated resources, and leveraging practical engineering research to uplift underserved communities.
What Hope Surplus Does for Our Community
Essential Goods Distribution
We offer clothing giveaways completely free of charge to low-to-moderate-income families and individuals in transition. Additionally, we are actively setting up our community food pantry initiative, which will also provide free groceries once fully launched.
Rebuild & Restore
Our team and trained volunteers inspect, clean, sanitize, assemble, repair, and rebuild donated household items—focusing primarily on Ready-To-Assemble (RTA) products. Restored goods are offered at little to no cost to help families transition with dignity while funding our operations
Community-Focused Engineering Research
Proceeds from our low-cost items directly support public-benefit research, education, and community programs related to interactive peripheral technologies.

Volunteer Training & Safety
